How Much Content Can Fit In 30 Seconds?

A script that lasts for 30 seconds contains about 75 words, which allows for the inclusion of sections like the definition of the problem, the solution, and a call to action. However, if you need to increase the duration of your video during production, we can extend the length and cost with your permission.

How Do I Get Started?

To get started all you need to do is click the get started button.This will redirect you to a page in wich you can submit a contact form and someone from our team will talk with you about the process, if you’re in a rush you can schedule a call by just scrolling to our calendly schedule at the same page as the contact form and jump on a call with us!

Can I Get A Longer Video?

Yes, you can order longer length packages and can combine them into 1 video OR spread those seconds across multiple videos. Just be sure to mention it in the questionnaire how you would like to use your seconds e.g one long video or multiple short videos etc.

What If I Don't Like The Video?

After receiving the initial video preview, you have the opportunity to make two rounds of animation modifications at no extra cost. In case you remain unsatisfied after that, we can charge extra for further revisions

How Does It Work?

After placing your order and filling out our questionnaire, we will progress through the stages of script writing, voice-over recording, storyboard creation, and animation. The duration of this process will depend on the package you have chosen and may take around 2 or 8 weeks on average. A project manager will be assigned to your video, who will assist you throughout the process either by taking care of everything for explainer/whiteboard packages or by working with you for premium videos.

Is It Limited To One Video Per Customer?

There are no restrictions on the number of orders you can place. You can even merge multiple orders to create a longer video. For instance, if you buy 4 packages of 30 seconds each, you can create a single video of 120 seconds or 4 videos of 30 seconds each by informing us about it in the questionnaire.
